Due to the harsh conditions our products are used in, preventative maintenance is an essential requirement of equipment ownership. To ensure the longevity of your equipment, Pipetech offer machine servicing and repair by our engineers; who are supported by our production team and research and development department - you will be kept up to date throughout the repair and servicing process. We adhere to strict ISO9001 processes which reinforces standards.
Having regular machine servicing significantly increases the equipment lifespan. This consequently reduces the need to purchase new equipment, and prevents unplanned downtime, which can be costly and interrupt operations and work schedules.
HOW IT WORKS?
We offer bespoke packages for preventative maintenance, servicing and repair using manufacturer approved parts, including but not limited to the following equipment: Talbot Drilling Machine Range. Universal Drilling Machine. PQR Drilling Machine Range. FlowStopping Range.
All servicing and repairs need to be booked in prior to equipment being collected by Pipetech or sent to us. Collection charges will apply. The products come with a full-service record, are pressure tested and test certified where required. Some of our more specialist equipment will require a more tailored quotation which will be issued once the equipment has been surveyed by our in-house technicians. We appreciate that companies have an approval process, however, we ask for quick responses to any quotations that are sent. Any delays in communication will lead to setbacks in returning your equipment.
Please note: All components, parts, and tools of the product you are requesting a service for will need to be sent to us. If any parts are missing, we will quote the missing parts to bring your kit up to a full kit. Anything that is sent in addition to the stated kit can be serviced or repaired at an additional charge.
