HOW IT WORKS:
We’ll price match any marked identical item we sell against any retailer registered in the UK, even if the product is on offer. If you find a product at a cheaper price, here is what you need to do:

  • Contact sales@pipetech.co.uk.
  • Provide a link, dated screenshot or a written quote as we will need to confirm the price of the product.
  • Let us know where you found it.

    TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • ‘Pipetech Price Match’ is only applicable to marked lines full list of products available on request.
  • Our competitor's product must be the same model number as ours. Products being price matched must be new and have an identical specification.
  • Both us and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery.
  • ‘Pipetech Price Match’ cannot be used in conjunction with any other additional offers, coupons, discounts or affiliate deals.
  • Pipetech must be able to verify the current offer with the competitor.
  • All ‘Pipetech Price Match’ transactions are at the discretion of Pipetech and reserves the right to withdraw the ‘Pipetech Price Match’ at any time.
  • ‘Pipetech Price Match’ is only applicable against VAT registered business in the UK, including any UK websites but excluding auction sites, market stalls, private sales, liquidation sales, our own stores and websites or any typographical errors.
  • The competitor’s quote/price must include applicable delivery charges.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to match bulk promotional offers such as buy one get one free.
  • The competitor must be based and registered in the UK and sell direct to customers (no auction or marketplace retailers). The competitor must sell through a distribution channel which is authorised by the original manufacturer or licensor and the competitor’s product must be designated for sale in the UK.

    • WHEN MAKING A CLAIM, YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:

  • That the product is shown at a lower price on a competitor’s website, and that it is currently available for delivery or collection; or
  • That the product is available at a lower price in a competitor’s store and that it is currently available for purchase; or
  • That a dated written quotation from a competitor shows a lower total price than we offer and that it is currently available to be ordered within the same availability as we can offer.
